Absolute temperature
Definition
Ìwọ̀ngbóná kikún jẹ́ ìwọ̀ngbóná tí a wọ̀n láti òdo kíkún (−273.15°C tàbí 0 K), níbi tí gbogbo ìṣípò mólékù ti ń dúró. (Absolute temperature is a temperature measured from absolute zero (−273.15°C or 0 K), where all molecular motion stops.)

A kó àwọn ọmọnú àsọyé yìí jọ láti ara ìwọ̀ngbóná + kíkún.
Usage Examples
- A máa ń wọn ìwọ̀ngbóná kíkún ní kẹ́lífìn, kì í ṣe ní ipele sẹ́síọ́ọ̀sì. Absolute temperature is measured in kelvins, not degrees Celsius.
- Sísọ ìwọ̀ngbóná kíkún ẹ̀fúùfù kan di ìlópo méjì máa n sọ òòrìn rẹ̀ náà di ilọ́po méjì. Doubling the absolute temperature of a gas also doubles its pressure.
